Terms of Service
These terms apply when you request a quote or use mobile detailing and related services from Classic City Clean in Athens, Georgia. Submitting a request is not a confirmed appointment.
The service
Classic City Clean provides mobile auto detailing at your home, workplace, or job site in Athens, GA and surrounding areas. Services may include full, interior, and exterior details, work on trucks and equipment, classic and exotic vehicles, vehicle wraps, paint protection film, and window tint, as agreed when your quote is approved.
Quote requests
A request through our website or by phone is a request for a quote and appointment, not a confirmed booking. Preferred dates and times are subject to approval. Photos are optional. You may text up to 6 photos of the interior and exterior to (706) 510-3846 to help us assess the vehicle before service. Final pricing is based on the service requested and the condition of the vehicle. If no photos were provided and the condition at arrival is materially different from what was described, Classic City Clean may assess an additional $100 fee at the owner's discretion — this is not automatic. If a lower-level detail is requested but the condition needs more work, the quote may change. Approved quotes are valid for 24 hours.
Normal hours are Monday–Saturday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM. Sunday appointments are available by approval and may include a $100 rush fee. The rush fee is waived for approved quotes over $350. We may need access to water, power, or a safe place to work. You are responsible for making the vehicle available at the agreed time and location.
Pricing and payment
Prices depend on the vehicle, the service, and condition. We send a quote after review. A 25% card deposit is required to confirm the appointment after you accept an approved quote. The remaining 75% is due after the service is completed. We do not publish fixed detailing prices on this website.
Cancellations and rescheduling
Cancel at least 24 hours before the appointment and the deposit is refundable. If you cancel inside 24 hours, the deposit is forfeited. One reschedule is allowed without another deposit. An additional reschedule may forfeit the original deposit or require a new deposit.
Your vehicle
You confirm that you have authority to have the vehicle detailed. Please remove valuables and tell us about any existing damage, aftermarket parts, or special care needs before we start. We take care with every job, but detailing involves cleaning products, water, and equipment.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by Georgia law, Classic City Clean is not responsible for indirect or incidental losses. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, hidden defects, or results caused by conditions we cannot reasonably control, including weather or the work site. If something goes wrong that is our responsibility, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for that service.
Text messages
If you choose the optional SMS checkbox on our request form, Classic City Clean may text you about appointments, service updates, and related customer-service communications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Requesting a quote does not require SMS opt-in.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any dispute will be handled in the courts serving Athens, Georgia, unless the law requires otherwise.
